Within the Netherlands we offer Free Shipping on all orders over €50. 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices are including VAT.

Our returns policy is very simple -we accept all returns that meet our return policy conditions* and issue a refund or store credit. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. To send your order back please fill in the received return form and send it back to the return address stated on the packaging of your order. Instructions concerning returns can be find on the return form.

• All products must be returned with original packaging.
• Earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes under any circumstances.
• Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers own cost.
