Exchange and Return
- If you wish to return or exchange an article you can do this within seven days after receiving your package.
- You may exchange for a different size within 7 days from date of purchase, please note that exchange of size is only possible when the items are available
- You may exchange your item for something else from our shop within 7 days from date of purchase
- Sale items, special orders and custom jewelry can not be exchanged
- Earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes under any circumstances.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
- When your item is delivered faulty or damaged please notify us within 48 hours from date of receipt. You can use the contact form on our website or email to email@example.com. We will contact you about the return policy
- When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages
- We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way.
- Please include original packaging of the item and the filled out return form which you can find on the website
- If you can't find anything to exchange your item for right away, we can give you a store credit (minus shippingcosts) which will be valid for 1 year.
- The refund (minus shippingcosts) will take place after receipt and inspection within 30 days.
- Discount codes are valid for a period of 12 months, unless stated otherwise
- Overload Studios allows a cancellation time window of 24hrs. If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hrs. Many items are custom made and once production has started, they cannot be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed and despatched within 3 working days. Delivery time can vary from 1 to 14 working days, depending on where you live.
- Size, weight and the distance your parcel has to travel will all determine how much your item costs. For a quick estimation, use our estimator which you can find by clicking on "Cart''.
- Please note that when you return items and choose to ship them through 'standard delivery' your order is not insured. Therefore we can not be held responsible for any damage or loss. We recommend shipping through 'signed delivery' to make sure your items are insured.
