ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please re-check your shipping address for any mistakes. In case of mistakes please contact us as soon as possible at info@overload-studios.com with the correct info. Additional shipping costs as a result of a wrong address will be at your own costs. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation, including carrier and tracking information for your parcel. Please note that during sale and collection releases, dispatch time may take up to 7 business days.
 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Unfortunately, shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be covered by the Overload-studios.

All Overload Studios packages are shipped using standard shipping services for The Netherlands; PostNL and DHL.
