RETURNS

* IMPORTANT NOTICE*

Because the webstore will be permantly closed soon, as of November 30th all sales are final, purchases made after this date can no longer be returned or exchanged.

At Overload Studios, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewelry, yet if the item isn't quite right for you we are happy to assist.

You are welcome to exchange your purchase or we will gladly offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund for any taxes, duties, charges, or shipping fees. Refunds will be done in Euros, at the price paid upon original purchase. The following items are not eligible for exchanges or returns:

• Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, are damaged/tangled, not in the original leather pouch or jewelry box. 
• Items are returned outside the specified timeframe.
• Items are custom made, have been engraved, or were made in pre-order.
• Gift Cards

Returns should be shipped back before 14th day, please save a proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed. All items returned after 14 days will be given store credit. 

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

1. Please return your products accompanied by the Return Form. Print the form below and make sure to fill it in entirely, including the code that best explains the reason for your return or exchange. You can find the return here: RETURN FORM. 

2. Place the Return Form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable and protected box, e.g the one you got from Overload Studios to ensure it's not damaged in transit. 

3. Attach the address label to your parcel and use any of your preferred shipping methods. Return Shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.

If you have any questions about your exchange or return, please contact us at info@overload-studios.com with your question and order number. Do not forget to specify if it is a return or an exchange and provide the reason so we can assist you accordingly.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. Overload Studios cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, please wrap your return safely. We always advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.

EXCHANGES

You are welcome to exchange unused pieces to your liking and which will be sent back to you without an additional shipping fee. Exchanges shall be processed after receiving your returned products and are based on stock availability at that time. If you are interested in a different product, please return your item(s) to us and simply let us know your preferred product, color, and size on the Return Form.
