REFUND POLICY
* IMPORTANT NOTICE*
Because the webstore will be permantly closed soon, as of November 30th all sales are final, purchases made after this date can no longer be returned or exchanged.
RETURNS
At Overload Studios, we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewelry, yet if the item isn't quite right for you we are happy to assist.
You are welcome to exchange your purchase or we will gladly offer a full refund within 7 days of receipt. A proof of purchase is always needed for all returns and exchanges. Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or shipping fees. Refunds will be done in Euros, at the price paid upon original purchase.
A proof of postage should always be presentable until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed. All items returned after 7 days will be given store credit.
Please note Overload Studios does not accept returns when;
- Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, are damaged/tangled, not in the original leather pouch or jewelry box.
- Items are returned outside the specified timeframe.
- Items are custom made, have been engraved, or were made in pre-order.
- Gift Cards
Overload Studios reserves the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur. This shall be done at the cost of the sender.
We strive to handle all returns and exchanges within 14 days after receipt. Upon acceptance of your exchange/return, you'll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Transfer time may vary based on your used payment method.

Shipping costs for the return are at your own expense and shall not be refunded. All returns, including those sent in for repairs, are the responsibility of the customer. Overload Studios cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. To secure the arrival of your return, please wrap your return in its original packaging to ensure safety. We always advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance and saving proof of postage.
PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
Before your parcel leaves our atelier, it has been fully checked by our team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please us within 7 days after receipt. You can notify us via info@overload-studios.com, by mentioning your order number, description of the issue, and a photo for clarification.
Each Overload Studios piece comes with a 6-month warranty, which covers damage caused by manufacturing faults only. We will gladly repair or replace the original piece accordingly within this period if a fault is present.
If Overload Studios is unable to repair or replace the fault, we will gladly offer a credit note to the value of the piece(s). Our credit notes are in the form of a gift card, issued once the piece has been received and it’s condition inspected by our team. These are valid on the online store only, and are valid for a period of 2 years.
Customer mishandling and natural wear and tear incurred during the course of normal wear are not considered a fault. Overload Studios jewelry is delicate in nature and should be handled carefully as per the Jewelry Care Guide available here and included with your order.
If you have purchased our product from one of our retailers please contact them directly for all inquiries. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any repair inquiries for products purchased from external retailers.
SALE AND PROMOTIONS
Sale prices are set at the moment of purchase. Price differences are not eligible for refunds retrospectively or on the grounds of further mark-downs.
Promotional items received as a free gift with your order do not fall within our warranty policy and must be returned if you return the rest of your order which made you eligible for the promotion in the first place.
Items purchased during our sample sale do not fall within our warranty policy.
GIFT CARDS
All Overload Studios Gift Cards do not hold an end date. In the case of an Online Gift Card, an automatic email will be sent to the email address provided featuring a unique gift card code once payment has been processed.
For both Online and Offline Cards, please keep the unique code in a safe place as Overload Studios cannot access the code once processed, for your privacy. The unique code can be applied at checkout. If the entire amount isn’t spent at once, the remaining amount will remain on the card for use towards your next purchase.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
